Quotation process
The quotations we provide are indicative and non-binding. Final prices and conditions will be agreed between the parties in the relevant sale contract.
Order process and fulfillment
Orders are formalised between buyer and seller. We facilitate the connection and follow-up, but contract performance is the direct responsibility of the parties.
Pricing and payment
As a broker, we do not set final prices or manage direct payments between parties. Payment terms are agreed in the contract between buyer and seller.
Quality assurance and inspection
Product quality depends on the producer or supplier. We may facilitate inspections or certifications when possible, but we do not guarantee the quality of third-party products.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is arranged between the parties. Iberlatin.com may facilitate contacts with carriers, but does not guarantee delivery times or conditions.
Returns and refunds
Return and refund policies are governed by the agreement between buyer and seller. As a broker, we assume no responsibility for such claims.
Liability limitations
Our liability is limited to the brokerage services provided. We are not responsible for breaches, damages or losses arising from the direct relationship between buyer and seller.
Force majeure
